The Monitoring Assistant is responsible for daily, direct contact with service providers regarding activities related to parts tracking (arrival deadlines and general logistics challenges), acting as an intermediary between service providers and our customers’ expectations/needs. This role plays a fundamental part in ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction, balancing deadlines with customer expectations on a daily basis to achieve optimal results. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Acting as the focal point for matters concerning Service Order deadlines, case by case, according to our customers’ needs. Serving as the primary contact point for customers/brokers on matters related to estimated service timing, parts availability, and installation location. Assisting in issue resolution by interacting both with the customer/broker and the relevant service provider. Collaborating closely with other internal teams within the Affiliate Network. Negotiating service deadlines and conditions with service providers. Analyzing internal demands and daily priorities to determine the best alternative, case by case. Monitoring the relationship with service providers while maintaining effective communication. REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION: Completed High School education. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM\. We respect diversity!
