We are seeking a **Freight Buyer** for our team. If you are organized and detail-oriented, this opportunity may be right for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct freight quotations, comparative analyses, and negotiations with carriers, aggregators, and logistics partners; Manage regional and national freight rate tables, ensuring up-to-date and competitive pricing; Lead supplier qualification and development processes for new transportation providers; Negotiate rate adjustments, contracts, and commercial terms to reduce costs and improve performance; Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs (SLA, OTIF, lead time, cost per delivery/km); Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Planning departments; Support logistics network optimization, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives; Ensure contractual, documentary, and regulatory compliance with transportation legislation; Support RFP, BID, and freight tender processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress; Prior experience as a Freight Buyer or in similar roles; Strong knowledge of road freight transportation; Understanding of freight cost composition (weight- or value-based freight, tolls, GRIS, insurance, and fees); Basic knowledge of transportation regulations (ANTT, RNTRC, CIOT); Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis); Experience with TMS and ERP systems. **Additional Information** **Preferred Qualifications**: Experience in medium- or large-scale operations; Experience in Last Mile, transfers, and reconsignment; Experience in cost-saving and cost-optimization projects; * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare allowance * Breakfast * Pharmacy partnership * Cafeteria * Transportation allowance * Profit-sharing plan (PLR) * Life insurance * Luft-specific company app \+Saúde We invite you to join a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and grow professionally.
