As one of the world’s most recognized brands, we distribute millions of products annually to our loyal customers. You will focus on four core areas: safety, quality, customer experience, and departmental productivity. Key Responsibilities: * Analyze workload forecasts and determine daily productivity requirements to achieve overall facility goals * Collaborate with other Area Managers to balance workforce allocation, ensuring a balanced and efficient operation while meeting all targets * Support all safety programs and regulatory compliance initiatives to ensure a safe working environment for all associates * Identify and proactively lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tool implementations Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * Experience managing teams * Analytical ability and results orientation * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools Working Conditions: * Rotating schedule 3x2 (3 workdays followed by 3 days off, then 2 workdays followed by 2 days off) * 12-hour shifts (06:00–18:00 or 18:00–05:00) * Availability to work weekends * Ability to lift up to 22 kg * Willingness to walk long distances within the warehouse * Ability to stand for up to 12 hours * Adaptability to varying environmental conditions * Access to all areas of the building (including standard and ship-style ladders) This position reports to the Operations Manager or Senior Manager.**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * Bachelor's degree or equivalent * Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays * Employee and performance management experience **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience; * English skills.
