Job Summary: The analyst will be responsible for monitoring public procurement portals, organizing tender documents, managing deadlines, supporting proposal preparation, and monitoring electronic bidding sessions. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor public procurement portals and identify opportunities 2. Assist in organizing tender documents and qualification documents 3. Support the preparation of commercial proposals The analyst will be responsible for: * Monitoring public procurement portals and identifying tender opportunities; * Assisting in reading and organizing tender documents and attachments; * Sorting, verifying, and organizing qualification documents; * Managing validity periods of certificates and expiration dates; * Supporting the preparation and submission of commercial proposals; * Registering the company on public portals; * Supporting electronic bidding sessions; * Updating control spreadsheets and basic reports; Mandatory: Availability for short trips and driver's license category B.
