Connect inventory data with sales behavior to propose commercial actions (promotions, price adjustments, bundled offers, communication focus areas). Align with Product and Planning teams on necessary adjustments (product mix, restocking, discontinuation, targeted campaigns to clear specific items). Define and implement commercial strategies to increase revenue (seasonal campaigns, targeted offers, customer segmentation, etc.). Monitor key commercial KPIs (revenue, margin, average order value, conversion rate, churn rate, LTV, etc.). Collaborate with marketing / performance teams to oversee paid media (Google, Meta, etc.), suggesting campaign adjustments based on performance data and inventory / sales needs (e.g., boosting higher-margin products or slow-moving inventory). Prepare periodic performance reports for leadership, including critical analysis and improvement proposals. Plan brand visibility initiatives and strategies with the marketing team.
