Responsibilities Develop, manage, and strengthen strategic partnerships with real estate agents, brokerages, investors, and other real estate market stakeholders; Prospect new commercial partners to expand the developer’s network; Act as the liaison between partners and internal departments, ensuring alignment of strategies and goals; Prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations strategically; Monitor partnership performance indicators (sales, conversion rates, and outcomes); Participate in events, meetings, and commercial initiatives to strengthen the BKL brand; Prepare performance reports and identify improvement opportunities. Technical Requirements Proven experience in commercial or partnership roles, preferably within the real estate sector; Knowledge of negotiation, portfolio management, and business development; Experience working with targets, commercial KPIs, and commission structures; Proficiency in CRM systems and commercial tracking tools; Familiarity with real estate development and residential products is desirable.
