Provide courteous and efficient service to residents Responsibilities: \- Control access to the condominium by verifying the entry and exit of residents, visitors, and service providers, ensuring everyone's safety; \- Maintain a safe and peaceful environment, reporting any irregularities to supervisors; \- Maintain and preserve condominium property, including gates, fences, and surveillance equipment; \- Assist with mail reception and forwarding; \- Respond to residents' questions and requests, providing courteous and efficient service.
