Main Responsibilities: * Control entry and exit of residents, visitors, employees, and service providers. * Identify and register visitors. * Verify identification documents when necessary. * Authorize access according to internal policies. * Control vehicle entry and exit. * Log incidents in a logbook, system, or spreadsheet. * Monitor security cameras (CCTV). * Receive and forward mail and packages. * Notify responsible personnel or supervisors in suspicious situations. * Ensure compliance with condominium or company regulations. * Maintain professional and courteous conduct during service. * Conduct patrols when requested. * Manage keys and equipment under your responsibility.
