We are seeking a committed, proactive, and continuous-improvement-focused Occupational Safety Engineer to work at our headquarters in the Osasco/SP region, with affirmative action for women.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and applicable legal requirements;
* Develop, implement, and monitor risk prevention programs (PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, among others);
* Monitor and oversee environmental topics within the area, such as license issuance and renewal;
* Promote improvements in environmental and social aspects;
* Promote a safety culture by collaborating with operational and administrative teams;
* Support leadership in decision-making focused on health and safety;
* Conduct accident investigations, root cause analysis, and define action plans;
* Monitor area performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvements;
* Collaborate integrally with Infrastructure, Quality, and HR departments;
* Deliver training sessions and awareness campaigns on occupational safety;
* Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and proper documentation;
* Identify process improvement opportunities, contributing to risk mitigation and operational sustainability.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, with specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering;
* Active registration with CREA;
* Solid experience in Occupational Health and Safety, with both strategic and operational involvement;
* In-depth knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) and applicable legislation;
* Experience managing risk prevention programs;
* Experience conducting accident investigations and analyzing indicators;
* Experience working in industrial or operational environments;
* Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office;
* Analytical profile, with strong communication skills and ability to influence others.
