Can you envision your \#****FutureInSight****?** **Interested?** Review the job responsibilities and apply: As part of the scope, the Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for full factory inventory management, covering production inputs, semi-finished products, finished goods, and maintenance parts. This role involves team leadership, ensuring record accuracy, physical organization of materials, and continuous process improvement—guaranteeing availability of critical items for production and maintenance. * Coordinate the complete material lifecycle: receiving, inspection, put-away, storage, picking, and replenishment. * Ensure standardization, identification, traceability, and proper handling of inputs (including chemicals and sensitive items). * Maintain updated warehouse layout, signage, and infrastructure. * Manage maintenance spare parts and components inventory, ensuring timely replenishment of critical items to prevent production stoppages. * Control inventory turnover (ABC analysis, min/max levels, and expiry dates) and rigorously record all system entries and exits. * Collaborate strategically with Maintenance to define safety stock levels and analyze obsolete or slow-moving items. * Guarantee inventory accuracy through rotating and cyclical inventories, addressing any discrepancies. * Monitor and report performance indicators (KPIs) such as stockouts, turnover rate, replenishment time, and operational efficiency. * Actively prevent losses and damages while ensuring compliance with ISO standards and industry best practices. * Lead, train, and develop the team, conducting performance management, feedback sessions, and task delegation. * Promote workplace safety culture, ergonomics, and operational discipline. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience in inventory management within an industrial environment. * Experience managing teams and shifts. * Leadership and team management skills. * Strong communication and negotiation abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Knowledge of safety and storage regulations. * Continuous improvement mindset. * Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems. * Knowledge of Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, standardization). * Knowledge of inventory methods (cyclical, rotating, reconciliation). **Benefits:** * Medical and Dental Plans; * On-site Meal; * Food Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Wellhub; * Product Discounts; EssilorLuxottica values and supports diversity; therefore, all our positions are open to candidates with disabilities (PcDs).
