We are Atacado Vila Nova, a pioneering wholesale distributor committed to efficiency, quality, and above all, respect for others. **LET’S GROW TOGETHER?** We currently have an opening for a Logistics Coordinator responsible for coordinating activities in the receiving, warehousing, and shipping departments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor operational supply expenses; * Coordinate receiving/warehousing and shipping activities; * Issue receipts for unloading payments; * Manage break times and hour banks; * Collect employee signatures on timecard and transportation voucher documents; * Supervise random selection process for employee inspections; * Control vehicle entry and exit for loading and unloading; * Verify, validate, and audit merchandise; * Prepare daily production reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Logistics or related fields. **Courses/Specialized Knowledge:** Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Life insurance * Pharmacy benefits program * On-site cafeteria * Meal allowance Atacado Vila Nova was founded by Pedro Severini Netto in 1928 under the name “Empório União” in Monte Azul Paulista\-SP; we have been operating in the market for over 90 years, building a history of success and exponential growth.
