International negotiation and cost optimization A laboratory supplies provider seeks an Import Coordinator in Osasco (Remedios). Uniscience is a company focused on technological solutions and innovation, engaged in developing products and services for science and technology. **Responsibilities:** Manage the entire import cycle, from negotiating with international suppliers to final product delivery. Develop and monitor import schedules aligned with commercial demand and inventory levels. Analyze and validate international documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB, and certificates). Coordinate processes with customs brokers, freight carriers, and other logistics partners. Consolidate import orders and generate periodic reports for corporate tracking. Issue proforma invoices and register nationalized products in the system, including import costs. Lead and develop the import team, ensuring efficient operations. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (ANVISA, MAPA, and other agencies). Monitor and implement updates to import and export legislation. Conduct international quotations and negotiations, analyze costs, and propose optimizations. Manage international logistics, define transport modes, track shipments, and resolve contingencies. Develop and maintain relationships with international suppliers and evaluate partner performance. Collaborate integrally with departments such as Sales, Finance, and Quality. Coordinate international payments and report operational status to senior management. Previous experience as Import Manager, International Logistics Supervisor, International Procurement Coordinator, or Foreign Trade Analyst may indicate alignment with some of this position’s activities. Bachelor’s degree required.
