




**Job Opening: Active Commercial Salesperson (Active Prospecting)** We are seeking an Active Commercial SDR to work on the front line of prospecting, contacting cold leads to generate opportunities and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team. We are looking for someone persistent, communicative, and results-oriented—capable of quickly building rapport and sparking interest among potential customers. **SDR Responsibilities** \- Conduct daily active prospecting (phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media). \- Approach cold leads using scripts, rapport-building techniques, and psychological triggers. \- Qualify leads according to commercial process criteria. \- Schedule meetings for Closers and ensure leads are prepared for the conversation. \- Record all interactions in the CRM and keep the sales pipeline constantly updated. \- Follow up with contacts who have not responded. \- Achieve weekly targets for calls, contacts, scheduled meetings, and attendance. \- Report results and challenges to the commercial supervisor.
