Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP system. **YOUNG APPRENTICE \-** **Job Description:** "Main Responsibilities: * Deliver parts to the maintenance department; * Conduct procurement quotations for parts, materials, and supplies with suppliers; * Perform administrative tasks (report completion, spreadsheet preparation, customer service, file organization); * Daily execution of processes utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); * Enter control data into the SAP system; * Create Purchase Requisitions in SAP and submit requests to the Procurement Department; * Track and close purchase requisitions for parts in the system; * Provide support to the Engineering and Continuous Improvement departments; * Ensure all products stored in the resin plant are properly labeled." **Requirements:** Aged between 15 and 22 years; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, On-site Meal, Meal Voucher, and Medical Assistance *Apply via the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
