Requirements: Who we’re looking for to join our team: Deep knowledge of the .NET ecosystem, SQL query patterns and tuning, requirements validation, creation and review of technical documentation, and foundational project management concepts, along with clear and concise communication. Experience—preferably 4 years or more—in systems analysis and development, including refactoring, performance optimization, and legacy systems. Incident handling and operational support for critical systems. Experience integrating systems. Responsibilities: Lead requirements-gathering meetings, support critical systems, develop high-complexity end-to-end solutions, accompany and assist users during testing and deployment, and design and build solutions that balance technical rigor and business needs. Important: Work independently, propose technical approaches, handle complex incidents, provide technical guidance to the team, and occasionally engage in pair programming.
