Our mission is to ensure service and channel availability and performance through automated actions, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer experience. Work model: Hybrid \- 3 days onsite Units: Osasco \- SP; Curitiba \- PR; Recife \- PE; Uberlândia \- MG; Rio de Janeiro \- RJ **Your Day-to-Day** As a Junior DevSecOps Developer, you will work within the Corporate DevSecOps Management team, with the following key responsibilities: * Work with automation, scripts, and CI/CD pipelines to improve delivery efficiency and quality; * Work with GitHub and version control tools to support continuous integration and delivery; * Support modernization and transformation initiatives for legacy environments, including evolution of the mainframe ecosystem; * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising mainframe specialists and low-platform professionals; * Learn and grow technically in an environment that encourages knowledge sharing, continuous training, and increasing use of AI; * Directly contribute to improving developer experience and “developer joy”, one of the team’s key metrics. * **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Prior experience (minimum) with GitHub or similar version control tools; * Knowledge of automation and creation/maintenance of CI/CD pipelines; * Familiarity with low-platform environments and concepts of continuous integration and delivery; * Interest in learning and working over time with mainframe environments (no deep expertise required initially); * Collaborative mindset, with willingness to learn, grow, and co-create solutions with the team; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in IT or related fields.
