In the Insurance Assistance team, you will have the opportunity to transform operational data into insights that support the performance management of Assistance services and enhance the customer experience, directly contributing to more accurate decision-making, continuous process improvement, and strengthening our customers' experience. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure the proper functioning of information exchange flows with Assistance service providers, guaranteeing data integrity and reliability while mitigating risks of unjustified claim denials to customers. * Interpret and analyze large volumes of data, identifying trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities, generating insights to support the area's decision-making. * Monitor and track departmental performance indicators, focusing on operational efficiency and service delivery quality, including Assistance KPIs, SLAs, NPS, and service levels. * Conduct ongoing analyses of indicators and operational results, ensuring adherence to established standards and targets. * Focus on continuous improvement and development of new business initiatives, contributing to the evolution of the Assistance journey and alignment with the company's strategic objectives. * Propose and implement improvements to processes, workflows, and indicators, aiming to optimize operational performance and enhance the customer experience throughout the entire service journey. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Data Science, Systems Analysis, Statistics, Accounting Sciences, or similar disciplines. * Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI or similar, including data analysis and visualization. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data manipulation and analysis. * Knowledge of data analysis and statistical analysis concepts, with the ability to interpret information and generate relevant business insights. * Experience managing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzing operational data. * Systemic vision and analytical capability, with skills to identify operational failures or bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions. * Proactivity and ownership mindset, acting with a problem-solving and continuous improvement orientation. * Strong professional demeanor and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across different departments and stakeholders. * Flexibility and adaptability, with ease in handling change and new challenges. * Resilience and sense of urgency, with the ability to operate under pressure or resolve conflicts. * Good interpersonal relationships and teamwork skills. **Desirable Requirements** * Certifications in **Power BI or other BI tools**, including hands-on experience in **designing, maintaining, and evolving analytical dashboards and reports**. **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** Work Model: Hybrid Health Insurance, fully covered for you and your dependents Dental Insurance; Meal Allowance and Food Allowance; Vidalink; Travel Insurance; Life Insurance; Home Office Allowance; Wellhub; Childcare/Babysitter Allowance; Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave; Private Pension Plan; Profit Sharing; And more... **Yesterday, inspiration.
