Job Description * Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation according to order tickets, including washing, sanitizing, and cutting ingredients; placing them into appropriate containers to prepare them for cooking menu items. * Assist in pastry activities such as preparing desserts, cakes, and other items, as needed. * Ensure quality of food items within the area by checking expiration dates and storage conditions. * Assist in setting up and replenishing the restaurant buffet, coffee breaks, and staff meals, ensuring they remain fully stocked. Maintain their visual presentation. * Support immediate supervisors in maintaining area controls. * Conduct briefings jointly with kitchen and restaurant teams. * Maintain personal and food hygiene, as well as clean kitchen equipment and utensils, keeping the kitchen organized and clean per required food safety standards. * Serve as an ambassador for brand values and actively participate in initiatives promoting the Service Culture. * Follow managerial instructions regarding selective waste collection and water and energy consumption to meet environmental objectives. * Perform other related duties as required by the department/hotel. * For roles in Combo / Tri Combo hotels, the employee must fulfill responsibilities across all involved hotels.
