Job Summary: This professional will lead the data team, responsible for building a data lake, rebuilding data marts, and developing a data infrastructure to generate representative and strategically aligned insights for CNP Seguradora’s challenges. If you are passionate about **Data** and want to contribute to this transformation, this opportunity is for you! **Job Mission:** Lead the company’s data team (data squad and Data Center of Excellence – CoE), ensuring implementation of the strategic roadmap for transforming CNP’s data area. This professional will be responsible for building the **data lake**, rebuilding the existing **11 data marts**, and developing a data infrastructure enabling generation of representative insights aligned with the company’s digital transformation challenges. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Management and Leadership** * **Manage the data squad** and the **Data CoE**, promoting best practices in data governance and data quality. * Serve as the **primary technical reference** for structuring and evolving the data area, ensuring strategic alignment with business units. * Ensure continuous development and upskilling of the team. **Data Architecture and Transformation** * **Define and implement the strategy for building the corporate data lake**. * Coordinate the **rebuilding of the company’s 11 data marts**, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. * Support **integration and consolidation of data sources** to optimize data-driven decision-making. **Insight Generation and Support for CNP’s Transformation** * **Ensure generated data and insights are representative and meet the company’s strategic needs.** * **Provide analytical models and key performance indicators (KPIs)** that support decision-making and contribute to digital transformation challenges. * Collaborate closely with business units to understand requirements and deliver efficient data solutions. **Data Governance and Compliance** * **Implement data governance policies and processes**, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and information security. * Define standards for **data quality, accessibility, and reliability** across the organization. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience managing **data and analytics projects**. * Advanced knowledge of **data architecture, data modeling, and data governance**. * Hands-on experience implementing **data lakes and rebuilding data marts**. * Experience with **ETL, Big Data, Data Warehousing, and Analytics tools**. * Knowledge of **cloud computing platforms (AWS, Oracle, GCP, etc.)** and scalable data architectures. * Proficiency in **relational and NoSQL databases**. * Experience with **data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)**. * Understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and data-driven culture. **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** Work Model: Hybrid Health Insurance — fully covered for you and your dependents Dental Insurance; Meal Voucher and Food Allowance; Vidalink; Travel Insurance; Life Insurance; Home Office Allowance; Wellhub; Childcare/Babysitter Allowance; Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave; Private Pension Plan; Profit Sharing; And more... **Yesterday, inspiration.
