We are looking for a **Data Engineer** to join our team. **Responsibilities** * Ensure application of data development best practices, guaranteeing quality, standardization, and efficiency * Optimize data usage, maximizing the value of available information * Support teams during requirement and user story refinement, ensuring technical clarity and feasibility * Contribute to the creation of well\-defined user stories * Participate in documentation and analysis of AS\-IS and TO\-BE processes, identifying technical debt and improvement opportunities * Develop and implement already refined and approved user stories * Build and maintain data products in a cloud\-based Big Data environment (Databricks), focusing on performance and scalability * Collaborate closely with technical leads and business areas, ensuring solution alignment **Requirements** * Experience with Databricks and PySpark * Knowledge of Spark, Python, and programming logic * Experience with CI/CD (GitHub / GitHub Actions) * Experience with model productionization (MLOps) in Databricks * Experience working with agile methodologies * Experience using GitHub Copilot to accelerate development * Use of AI to support automated debugging and code review * Ability to use Copilot as a code review agent, ensuring quality and standardization * Knowledge of prompt engineering, transforming requirements into efficient code and reducing rework * Collaborative, analytical mindset with a continuous improvement orientation **Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging:** At Capgemini, you can be your authentic self.
