WORKPLACE SAFETY AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT INTERN * Support continuous improvement programs (5S, Autonomous Maintenance, Suggestion Program, Kaizens); * Assist in studies to improve production processes and layout; * Contribute to identifying and capturing opportunities for improvement in the factory; * Create and update process documentation (LUP, IT, FMEA, flowcharts, operational standards); * Assist in training employees on new instructions and implemented improvements; * Support the development and testing of new formulations/processes; * Assist in internal audits; * Support the control and tracking of departmental action plans; * Assist in monitoring productive performance indicators. * Address employee, supplier, and third-party requests related to the occupational health and safety department; * Support safety dialogues, training sessions, and internal communications; * Assist in updating safety bulletin boards and departmental notices; * Support the development and review of safety instructions and procedures; * Assist in the administration and control of PPEs; * Support the monitoring of safety indicators and global prevention programs; * Support incident and accident investigations; * Assist in controlling safety department action plans; * Support waste control, environmental indicators, and compliance with environmental requirements; * Contribute to corporate campaigns, awareness activities, and SIPAT; * Support the Integrated Management System (Quality, Environment, and Safety). **Apply Now!** If you are determined, thrive in a fast\-paced environment with high levels of accountability and focus, then we’d love to meet you!
