**Responsibilities:** --------------- **➡️ Preparation of descriptive memoranda;** ----------------------------------------------- **➡️ Preparation of the FRE (Project Summary Sheet);** ------------------------------------------------------------- **➡️ Preparation of budgets and CEF schedules;** ----------------------------------------------------- **➡️ Review of documents and projects for attachment to processes and compliance with Blue Seal requirements;** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **➡️ Preparation and monitoring of PLS (Service Release Spreadsheets) for construction projects;** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **➡️ Submission of requirements for the first and final disbursements of construction projects;** ------------------------------------------------------------------------ **➡️ Organization of digital and physical documentation folders for developments;** **Requirements for the position:** ------------------------------ **✔ Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Architecture and Urban Planning or Civil Engineering;** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **✔ Knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel;** ------------------------------------------ **✔ Proactivity and sense of urgency;** ------------------------------------------- **Preferred Qualifications:** ------------------------ **➕ Prior experience with processes and demands of Caixa Econômica Federal;** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- **➕ Knowledge of urban and environmental legislation;** --------------------------------------------------------- **➕
