




Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and organized professional to support the administration of mentoring calendars, expense reporting, and internal projects in a high-performance environment. Our mission is clear: to transform businesses and impact lives through knowledge and action. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure efficient administration and organization of mentoring calendars; * Assist with expense reporting; * Support the Project Leader; * Prepare minutes of meetings and mentoring sessions; * Monitor internal projects; * Develop and maintain control spreadsheets; * Analyze and deliver reports containing relevant information for the department; * Maintain and enhance all internal controls; * Support events. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Analytical and organized profile, with attention to detail and execution capability; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency in tools such as Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is a plus; * Proactivity, sense of responsibility, and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks; * Experience in administrative routines and agenda organization is a plus. * Availability for on-site work in Alphaville (Barueri \- SP). **Additional Information** * Transportation allowance; * Health and dental insurance \- Amil; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Group life insurance; * Partnership with Sesc; * Corporate University \- Cademi; * Clear growth plan; * High-performance environment; * Direct and transparent culture.
