Your expertise is vital for interpreting economic data, controlling and monitoring accounting operations, and calculating financial results. Provide strategic insights and maintain the integrity of accounting and tax reports. As a critical element within the accounting structure, you play a significant role in accounting transparency, support planning and sustainable company growth, actively contribute to the development and execution of budget planning, and align financial operations with the company’s strategic objectives. * Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness. * Prepare accurate and timely accounting and tax reports—including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements—in accordance with accounting principles and regulatory standards. * Perform accounting reconciliations. * Calculate taxes and related compliance obligations. * Stay updated on changes in accounting, tax regulations, and industry trends. * Conduct detailed analyses of the company’s financial statements to identify trends and variances. * Analyze and monitor the company’s cost centers, identifying areas of efficiency and cost-saving opportunities. * Assist in developing budget planning by providing insights to support strategic decision-making. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards (CPC, among others), financial and tax regulations, and prepare documentation for external and internal audits. * Provide accounting analyses and recommendations to management teams to assist in strategy formulation and informed decision-making. * Assess economic risks and recommend measures to mitigate those risks. * Collaborate closely with other teams—including sales, operations, and human resources—to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the company’s financial performance.
