Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco – SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As Compensation Manager, you will manage the Compensation function, and your main responsibilities will include: * Developing and implementing executive compensation products and policies aligned with market trends and corporate governance best practices. * Managing executive variable compensation programs, including calculations, governance, communication, and payment. * Conducting benchmarking and market analyses to support senior leadership decisions. * Ensuring compliance with applicable legislation (including specific rules for statutory officers). * Maintaining appropriate governance of processes, documentation, audit trails, and adherence to internal guidelines. * Collaborating with departments such as Legal, Controller, Finance, Investor Relations, and Audit on executive compensation matters. * Supporting the Compensation Committee with technical studies, presentations, and recommendations. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Knowledge of different executive compensation structures in the market and their components (fixed pay, short- and long-term incentives, and executive benefits). * Experience in executive compensation calculation processes. * Knowledge of regulatory items: Reference Form, Form 20-F, ESG report, administrators’ compensation policy, calculation of total compensation amount for administrators, etc. * Advanced Office suite proficiency: focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
