Lead Qualification and Delivery Control **Inside Sales Intern (ISR)** ---------------------------------------- Job Objective: Support the Inside Sales team and commercial areas, ensuring effective tracking of sales processes, tickets, and customer portfolios, with a focus on quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** --------------------------------- Follow\-up Management (Internal and External): Track customer responses, internal pending items, and the status of ongoing requests. Ticket Tracking: Monitor and update tickets related to:Product and customer registration. Receipt and dispatch of materials (Workshops, WS, etc.) Logistical processesPortfolio Tracking: Ensure orders are updated in the system, tracking them from entry through delivery and after\-sales.Monitoring SLA (Service Level Agreement):Control response and service deadlines for requests, ensuring compliance with internal metrics. Lead Qualification: Perform initial screening of received leads, assessing potential opportunities and routing them to the sales team.
