Human Resources Consulting is seeking a Full Laboratory Technician in Santo André (Downtown). Roemer is a company specialized in technology and innovation solutions. Focused on delivering high-quality products and services, it serves various industries across Brazil. **Responsibilities:** Provide support to internal and external customers by performing metallographic tests on raw materials, production inputs, in-process products, and finished goods, in accordance with established standards and procedures; issue test reports and batch dispositions to contribute to the quality of the company’s manufactured products. Serve internal and external customers by providing laboratory technical support. Select, prepare, and analyze samples of raw materials, inputs, in-process products, and finished goods according to technical criteria and control plans. Perform metallographic, chemical, and related tests using appropriate and properly calibrated equipment. Issue technical reports assessing conformity and non-conformity, including material and product release or hold decisions. Assist in monitoring laboratory performance indicators. Participate in metallurgical audits, root cause analyses, and action plans (RIAI, raw materials, CQI-9). Issue and track warranty reports for customers, suppliers, and replacement parts. Maintain laboratory organization, equipment preservation, and cleanliness. Comply with and implement Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, including proper use of PPE and correct waste disposal. Position based in Santo André / SP.
