With a presence in multiple countries, the company stands out for its innovative and personalized approach to meeting client needs. **Responsibilities:** Develop and implement media relations strategies, including crisis management. Support spokesperson training and media-related topics. Coordinate the communications agency, ensuring alignment with the company's tone of voice and strategy. Ensure compliance with departmental SLAs. Develop and monitor communication performance measurement methodologies and risk mitigation strategies. Create and manage relevant, engaging internal content aligned with company values. Ensure adherence to the internal editorial calendar. Develop and manage the corporate LinkedIn publication calendar. Monitor, approve, and optimize LinkedIn content based on metrics and continuous improvement. Respond daily to internal communications requests, focusing on quality and deadlines. Track business-oriented performance reports. Previous experience as a Corporate Communications Specialist, Internal Communications Coordinator, Organizational Communications Consultant, or Public Relations Analyst may indicate suitability for some responsibilities in this role. Bachelor's degree required.
