Job Summary: The professional will lead continuous improvement projects, map and redesign processes, participate in systemic implementation initiatives, and support process governance, working closely with partner areas to ensure the area’s continuous evolution. Every time you look up at the sky to dream, we’ll be there. \#TheSkyIsBlue Have you ever imagined continuing your career takeoff at the World’s Best Airline? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** **** * Lead continuous improvement projects, from diagnosis through to implementation. * Map and redesign processes (As-Is / To-Be), identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and reduction of rework. * Participate in systemic implementation initiatives, contributing to requirement definition, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation support. * Translate business needs into technical requirements for technology teams and partner areas. * Support process governance, KPIs, and standard operating procedures. * Collaborate closely with partner areas to ensure alignment and delivery. * Contribute to the area’s continuous evolution by proposing improvements, standardizations, and best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need to Bring in Your Suitcase (Prerequisites):** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience leading continuous improvement projects, process review, and optimization. * Ability to map processes, structure action plans, and monitor timelines. * Experience in systemic implementation projects. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and effectively across all organizational levels. * Analytical skills with strong capability to conduct analyses (Advanced Excel; Power BI is desirable). * Intermediate English proficiency. * Familiarity with task management tools (ClickUp, JIRA or equivalents). **Nice-to-Have (Preferred Qualifications):** * Experience in Finance, Accounting, or Back-Office areas. * Certification in project management methodologies. * Knowledge of Power BI. * Experience using tools such as Visio, Bizagi, Miro, or equivalents. **Interested in Our Challenge?
