We are hiring a Project Manager to lead the development, monitoring, and strategic management of initiatives, ensuring achievement of project objectives and indicators. **Target population:** People with disabilities and their families, aged 2 to 14 years, or individuals undergoing diagnostic assessment who exhibit delays in communicative, cognitive, and motor skill development. **Responsibilities:** Plan, execute, and monitor project schedules, goals, and indicators. Monitor the budget, contracts, and financial resources of the project. Foster coordination with partners, public agencies, and support networks. Prepare technical, institutional, and accountability reports. Support the work of the technical coordination team and multidisciplinary staff. Promote participatory and collaborative management practices. **Prerequisites:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Project Management, Social Work, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related fields. Experience managing social projects in the third sector. Knowledge of monitoring, evaluation, and social indicator processes. Skills in planning, organization, and leadership.
