If you have not found a position matching your profile, please share your information and resume in our talent pool, indicating your areas of interest. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage ongoing construction projects, monitoring cost, schedule, quality, safety, and productivity indicators; * Lead and manage construction site teams and supervisors, providing feedback, activity guidance, personnel development, and conflict resolution; * Control departmental budget, reviewing monthly results and proposing actions to reduce costs and improve efficiency; * Create, monitor, and analyze departmental KPIs to support decision-making and action plans; * Propose technical improvements, process reengineering, and solutions to optimize construction projects; * Manage and analyze service provider and third-party contracts, especially strategic contracts (Curve A); * Interface with clients in strategic or highly complex situations, defining action plans to correct deviations; * Support and interface with public agencies, utility providers, and regulatory entities for project approvals and technical requirements; * Monitor and guide supplier and contractor performance, proposing improvements to procurement and execution processes; * Interface with internal departments—including Projects, Planning, Procurement, Costs, Finance, and Legal—for alignment and strategic decisions; * Develop, review, and ensure implementation of Construction Department policies and procedures; * Present monthly construction results to the Executive Board, including costs, schedules, safety, quality, and planning; * Manage highly complex conflicts involving employees, clients, communities, unions, and public agencies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or Architecture; * MBA or postgraduate degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related fields; * Proven experience in construction project management; minimum of 8 years in similar roles is preferred; * Advanced knowledge of the civil construction market and people management; * Intermediate proficiency in MS Project, integrated systems, Microsoft Office suite, and negotiation techniques; * Familiarity with technical standards and legislation applicable to civil construction; * Advanced English / Conversational proficiency. **Additional Information** **Employment Model: PJ (Individual Contractor)** **Working at Diase offers you:** ***Meals:*** Meal Voucher * ***Health*** * Life Insurance Medical Assistance * ***Quality of Life and Well\-Being*** * Totalpass (optional) ***Our Differentiators*** * Welcome Kit to make your first day truly special **In addition...** * PLR (Profit Sharing Plan) aligned with pre\-established goals * Internal training program tailored to individual development needs We invite you to become part of a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and grow professionally.
