Participation in strategic squads and working groups Description: * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in retail process improvement and operations; * Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI; * Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt), agile methodologies, SCRUM \- Kanban, etc., will be considered as advantages; * Experience in Data Analysis, KPIs, OKRs, and flowcharts; * Conduct store visits to map processes and drive improvements; * Actively participate in squads and working groups to contribute to the development of strategic projects; * Monitor and measure in-store processes; * Develop presentation materials for projects, status reports, and results; * Generate analyses based on data collected from projects, initiatives, pilots, etc.; * On-site monitoring of pilots, PoCs, MVPs, and tests, including alignment, adjustments, and reporting to leadership; * Interface with business areas related to projects and pilots; * Liaise with suppliers of materials, inputs, etc.; * Actively engage in departmental topics to support the team; * Enhance and contribute to our operations during each visit. 2511110202181743350
