Organization and preparation of work areas **MASON ASSISTANT** **Location:** TAMBORÉ \- BARUERI \- SP A construction and maintenance company is seeking talented individuals to join its team. * Assist in general civil maintenance activities, including: * Masonry and painting services; * Support for simple hydraulic and electrical installations; * Transportation and organization of materials, plus cleaning and preparation of work areas; * Such as wall repairs, laying of blocks and bricks, plastering, and mortar preparation. * Also assist in demolition, cutting, and removal of debris, transportation of materials, and site organization. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role or on construction sites * Experience handling work orders * Completed elementary education; basic knowledge of hand tools * Availability for overtime on weekends * Driver's License Category B (desirable) * **Availability for overtime and weekend work is required, according to the company's needs.** **Employment Type – CLT** * **Total Remuneration:** BRL 2\.800,00, consisting of: * **Base Salary:** BRL 2\.189,97 \+ 30% hazard pay * **Benefits:** On-site meal \+ food allowance of BRL 485,00 per month and transportation allowance * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday \- 07:00 AM to 05:00 PM * **Availability for overtime and weekend work is required, according to the company's needs.** Minimum Education Level: Elementary Education (1st level) * Transportation Allowance (VT) * On-site meal * HAZARD PAY * VA
