Become part of our team and contribute to projects that leave a legacy! **Responsibilities and Duties** As a CONSTRUCTION ASSISTANT at Concrejato, your focus will include: * Assisting in construction and restoration activities under the guidance of qualified professionals, such as foremen and engineers; * Collaborating with various teams—including masons, painters, and metalworkers—as required by the project; * Preparing and organizing materials, tools, and equipment needed for daily tasks; * Handling material movement and transportation within the construction site; * Performing various tasks such as cleaning the worksite, organizing tools, and disposing of waste according to safety regulations; * Assisting in the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures, if necessary; * Adhering to occupational health and safety standards during task execution; * Properly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and promoting a safe working environment; * Participating in training and capacity-building programs to improve skills and knowledge in construction and restoration, demonstrating willingness to learn new techniques and processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** You stand out if you have: * Experience in similar roles will be considered an advantage. * Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings is a plus. **Additional Information** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including: * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Private Pension Plan; * Life Insurance.
