Job Summary: A professional responsible for end-to-end management of operational unit closure processes, coordinating inspections, budgeting, construction works, and ensuring technical and documentary compliance. Effective communication with internal departments and external partners Responsible for end-to-end management of **operational unit closure** demands, including coordination of inspections, budget analysis and validation, follow-up on approvals, planning and management of construction works, ensuring technical, financial, and documentary compliance, as well as effective communication with internal departments and external partners. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\. Receiving and Handling Requests Receive requests related to the closure of operational units (PA, PAB, and similar). Analyze the submitted scope and validate essential information required to initiate the process. Organize requests by priority, deadlines, and complexity. 2\. Engaging and Coordinating with Partner Contractors Engage pre-approved contractors to conduct technical inspections. Guide partners on the expected scope to ensure alignment prior to site visits. Monitor timelines for inspection reports and budget submissions. 3\. Reviewing and Validating Budgets Receive budgets prepared based on inspections. Review items, quantities, and proposed services against the defined scope. Price services according to the agreed-upon pricing table (LPU) with operations. Resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with technical and financial criteria. 4\. Submitting and Tracking Approval Workflows Submit reviewed budgets for approval by responsible departments. Follow up on analysis workflows until final approval is obtained. After all required approvals are secured, formally authorize the contractor to execute the service. 5\. Planning, Scheduling, and Managing Construction Works Schedule execution dates with partners, aligning access, deadlines, and operational requirements. Manage the entire construction process: monitoring, adjustments, communication, and deadlines. Ensure execution quality and adherence to the approved scope. Record and report progress, deviations, and deliverables throughout the activity. 6\. Controls, Reporting, and Documentation Develop and maintain tracking spreadsheets (status, costs, deadlines, and KPIs). Prepare technical reports, photographic documentation, and other materials per operational standards. Upload and attach documents to internal systems (including SAP). Ensure all documentation is complete to close the activity. 7\. Communication and Operational Relationship Management Serve as the primary contact point between internal departments and partner contractors. Provide timely updates on inspection, budgeting, and construction progress.
