




**VP** B2B **BOARD** TCLOUD OPERATIONS **Workplace:** Berrini/Barueri – SP **Work Model:** Hybrid **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Serve as the technical reference for AMI water projects, ensuring technological, methodological, and operational alignment across all project fronts; * Provide technical support and leadership to implementation, operations, and maintenance teams, guiding processes, standardization, and best practices in smart metering; * Ensure consistent and reliable data integration across all involved systems (AMI, GIS, ERP, billing, field service, analytics, etc.); * Guarantee data governance and quality (data quality), including integrity, consistency, completeness, and timeliness of information used by internal departments and customers; * Develop, validate, and enhance advanced diagnostic, automation, and early fault-detection tools for meters, communication networks, and AMI infrastructure; * Conduct advanced system performance analyses to identify patterns, anomalies, and improvement opportunities using analytics, machine learning, and generative AI techniques; * Translate business and customer needs into technical and functional requirements for automations, integrations, and new features; * Define, monitor, and evolve strategic KPIs for the AMI ecosystem, guiding executive and operational decisions; * Support technical evaluation of vendors, technologies, architectures, and solutions, contributing to strategic decisions and technology roadmaps; * Coordinate equipment, system, and integration testing, homologation, and validation, ensuring compliance with technical and operational requirements; * Lead the development of technical documentation, strategic reports, root-cause analyses, and systemic action plans; * Ensure continuous improvement of operational processes and O&M routines, driving efficiency, performance, and predictability; * Deliver advanced technical training to internal and customer teams, disseminating knowledge and strengthening the project’s operational maturity; * Represent the project technically in executive meetings, decision-making forums, and interactions with strategic partners and industry technical events. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in the utilities sector, preferably in sanitation, with knowledge and hands-on involvement in AMI and/or hydrometry, smart metering, or water measurement infrastructure projects; * Solid experience in system integration (AMI, GIS, ERP, billing, field service, IoT platforms, BI/analytics) and data quality management; * Advanced analytical capability, including proficiency in data analysis techniques, KPI interpretation, pattern identification, and structured problem solving; * Knowledge of AMI communication models and architectures (RF, NB-IoT, LoRaWAN, IPv6, mesh networks, concentrators, head-end systems) is desirable; * Experience with analytical tools, dashboards, and, optionally, AI/ML models applied to AMI system operations and maintenance; * Ability to provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively across levels — field, operations, engineering, IT, and executives; * Capacity to structure processes, define technical standards, and implement continuous improvement practices; * Familiarity with project management methodologies (agile or traditional) and O&M routines; * Excellent communication skills, technical clarity, and ability to translate complex topics into practical guidance; * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; postgraduate studies or specialization are a plus; * English proficiency is desirable for interaction with international partners and technical documentation; * Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** Here’s what we offer you: At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees.
