Join us and become part of a team committed to **saving lives and building Brazil.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide safe, comprehensive, and humanized care to critically ill patients, adhering to institutional policies; * Carry out the Nursing Care Systematization steps (verifying nursing prescriptions and documenting nursing interventions); * Prepare patients for examinations and treatments; * Identify urgent or emergency situations early and promptly notify nurses and physicians; * Observe, recognize, describe signs and symptoms, and report changes to nurses; * Operate and program equipment used for monitoring vital parameters and administering drugs or enteral nutrition; * Perform fluid balance calculations; * Follow Technical Clinical Protocols; * Identify and route laboratory test samples according to established routines; * Perform other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Completed Nursing Technician course; * Active COREN\-SP registration; * Prior experience in maternal\-child health units is desirable. **Additional Information** * Work Location: Pediatric ICU * Schedule: 1:55 PM to 8:10 PM \- 6 days on, 1 day off **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher * On\-site meals * Transportation Voucher * Childcare Assistance * Group Life Insurance * Payroll\-deducted Loan * Outpatient and Dental Care \- SP **Partnerships:** * Education/University Incentive Program * Pharmacies * SESC * GymPass Seconci\-SP \- Social Service of the Construction Industry of the State of São Paulo is a nonprofit, philanthropic organization founded in March 1964 by a group of construction industry entrepreneurs to serve construction workers and their families.
