Apply now and join our journey. **Responsibilities and duties** * Outbound prospecting and handling inbound leads with initial contact within one business hour; * Daily updating of CRM, sales pipeline, and follow-up schedule, recording all interactions; * Qualifying needs, identifying basic scope, and preparing commercial proposals; * Monitoring the opening and progress of technical requests from other departments, keeping the client informed until resolution; * Availability for occasional visits to clients and job sites in the region; * Building strong relationships with support, logistics, maintenance, credit, and billing teams to ensure smooth processes and excellent customer service; * Negotiating within branch pricing and discount policies, requesting exceptions when necessary; * Monitoring personal KPIs including conversion rate, sales cycle, revenue, margin, NPS, and response time; * Participating in weekly commercial meetings, pipeline reviews, and lessons learned, with disciplined CRM record-keeping; * Acting with an ownership mindset, prioritizing revenue predictability and quality of customer experience. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed or ongoing higher education; * Valid Class B driver's license and availability for regional travel; * Intermediate to basic proficiency in CRM, HubSpot, or similar tools; * Intermediate-level Office Suite skills, including spreadsheet organization, simple tracking systems, and presentations; * Experience in B2B sales or customer service; * Experience in equipment leasing is a plus (aerial platforms, generators, air compressors, light towers, yellow and white machinery); * Basic BI knowledge for dashboard interpretation, Power BI or equivalent. **Additional information** * Clear communication, organization, prioritization, negotiation, adherence to commercial routines, and CRM record-keeping; * Ownership mindset, focus on results with high-quality service.
