Job Summary: Responsible for the strategic and operational coordination of the Payroll-Deductible Loan product, with focus on the public sector, ensuring continuous improvement and consistent results. Cross-functional collaboration with multiple departments, focused on results Responsible for the strategic and operational coordination of the Payroll-Deductible Loan product, with primary focus on the public sector—especially SIAPE and INSS agreements—ensuring business-as-usual operations, continuous product evolution, and consistent delivery of results. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the product end\-to\-end, ensuring proper definition, maintenance, and governance of business rules, operational parameters, portability workflows, system integrations, and compliance with applicable regulatory standards for public-sector payroll-deductible lending. * Manage the product portfolio by monitoring and analyzing key metrics—including origination volume, financial margin, sales funnel conversion rates per stage, delinquency, eligibility, churn, and productivity—to identify opportunities for increased sales, operational efficiency, and performance optimization. * Actively manage the sales funnel in partnership with commercial and other departments, ensuring alignment between product strategy, offering, pricing, and operational capacity. * Lead the specification, prioritization, and tracking of projects and enhancements using agile frameworks—from conception through post\-implementation—ensuring operational stability, risk mitigation, and tangible business value delivery. * Lead and develop the product team, fostering a high-performance culture, ownership mindset, operational discipline, data-driven decision making, and hands-on execution—ensuring team engagement, productivity, and technical growth. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams, playing a coordinating, influencing, and decision-making role focused on the product’s overall success. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields * Postgraduate degree or MBA preferred * **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years managing people; solid experience in financial products, with emphasis on Public-Sector Payroll-Deductible Loans; proven knowledge of SIAPE and INSS agreements (a significant advantage) * **Experience**: Sales funnel management and analysis of conversion rates per stage; knowledge of payroll-deductible credit portability * **Bonus**: Familiarity with the Função system; experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or similar) * **English proficiency**: Intermediate level preferred **Additional Information** **Behavioral Competencies:** * Strategic vision and clear results orientation * Negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills * Hands-on profile with strong sense of responsibility * Resilience and ability to operate in regulated, high-pressure environments * Multifunctional profile, comfortable working across cross-functional contexts * Leadership, team management, and talent development Digio is more than a digital bank.
