Title: Junior Logistics Analyst Location: Itu - Remote Work Job Mission Responsible for ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards required for managing the Excellence area, with expertise in: massive data analysis through advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI, PMO, warehouse and transportation cost management. The role focuses on improving productivity, supporting management in decision-making, providing granular analysis, and follow-up on action completions. Main Responsibilities * Support the team leader in performance analysis and goal achievement; * Create reports/KPIs with daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of costs and productivity; * Provide technical support in continuous improvement projects; * Develop project implementation schedules focused on logistics data analysis and reduction of non-value-added activities – with emphasis on automation; * Ensure continuity and smooth progress of project discussions, acting as a facilitator among employees from different teams; * Develop skills in quality tools, continuous improvement, and TPM; * Apply best programming practices and golden rules for data cleaning and analysis in Power BI; * Extract, clean, and organize data from various sources, monitor data automation projects and data flow reviews (ERP, internal systems, spreadsheets, etc.); * Create reports and dashboards using BI tools (such as Power BI); * Support analytical studies by identifying trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities; * Ensure integrity and quality of databases used in analyses; * Automate data update processes and recurring reports; * Support data-driven continuous improvement and digitalization projects; * Collaborate with business areas (such as Operations, Logistics, Finance, or Production) to understand their information needs; * Document processes and ensure standardization of metrics; Education * Completed or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Data Science; Requirements * Experience in logistics cost analysis to identify productivity opportunities and process optimization. * Ability to act as PMO, ensuring proactive alignment and delivery. * Planning and organizational skills for developing action plans and schedules. * Proficiency in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. * Knowledge of SQL; familiarity with Python, ETL, and descriptive statistics is desirable. * Familiarity with Microsoft Visio for process mapping. * Teamwork and conflict management skills. * Ethics and credibility in relationships. * Initiative to identify and act upon problems and opportunities. * Analytical, creative, and curious profile to propose innovative solutions. * Effective communication between technical and business areas. * English proficiency is a plus.
