Knowledge of various culinary styles **RESIDENTIAL CHEF – HIGH-END** Fazenda Boa Vista – Porto Feliz/SP We are looking for a **high-end residential chef**, with proven experience and attention to the smallest details, to work at a residence located at Fazenda Boa Vista. **Work arrangement:** * Weekend availability required * Schedule and working hours to be agreed upon **Compensation:** * To be negotiated (commensurate with experience and professional level) **Main Responsibilities:** * Planning and preparing daily meals and special occasion dishes * Developing diverse menus (refined everyday dishes, national and international cuisine) * Kitchen organization, ingredient inventory control, and food expiration management * Procurement and stock management (when necessary) * Adherence to high standards of hygiene, organization, and dish presentation * Support during events and guest receptions **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a chef in **high-end residential settings** * Mastery of **refined everyday dishes** and more sophisticated cuisine * Knowledge of various culinary styles (Brazilian, international, healthy, etc.) * Meticulousness, organization, and high cleanliness standards * Discretion, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills * Ability to follow family preferences and instructions * Flexible availability, especially on weekends **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in summer homes or rural properties * Formal training in gastronomy * Basic knowledge of pastry and baking * Experience accommodating dietary restrictions (low-carb, gluten-free, vegan, etc.) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$5.000,00 - R$7.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
