Join us to transform the health of thousands of people! **Website** http://clinicafares.com.br **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in recruitment and selection processes by posting job openings on recruitment platforms and channels. * Screen resumes according to job requirements. * Contact candidates to schedule interviews and align on selection process steps. * Provide feedback to candidates regarding their progress in the selection process. * Support onboarding processes by requesting documentation and monitoring deadlines. * Update spreadsheets. * Ensure organization and tracking of the candidate pipeline. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in recruitment and selection or HR administrative routines is desirable. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Agility, organizational ability, and a sense of priority. * Proactive, dynamic profile with capacity to manage high-volume workloads. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with the public. **Additional Information** **Salary:** R$ 1\.800,00 **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM **Positions Available At:** Osasco Unit **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance Meal Voucher Basic Food Basket Dental Plan Childcare Assistance for children up to 6 years old Gympass Pharmacy Partnership Plan University Tuition Discount Corporate University SESC Access Discount Plan for using Fares Clinic services (extended to dependents) Partner Optician Discount Join us and make a difference!
