**Description:** **Mandatory:** **Desirable:** Store materials and medications appropriately following the First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) methodology, used for products with expiration dates; products with expiration dates closest to expiry must be used first; Fulfill medical prescriptions from departments, as well as address urgent needs arising from inpatient wards and emergency services; Address urgent needs arising from inpatient wards and emergency services; Supply inpatient wards with materials required for nursing procedures, and organize materials separately according to requesting departments to facilitate deliveries; Assist in and contribute to inventory control and accounting of items used by patients; Receive, verify, register in the company’s system, and store returned products; Place patient information strips—labeled with patient data—into individual drawers of the medication cart according to assigned beds; Prepare medications in divided doses, implementing unit-dose dispensing and labeling medications according to established standards; Log, sort, verify, and deliver requested medical supplies—whether via internal requisition forms or through the computerized system—as per established routine; Verify medications and materials according to routine surgical kit assembly procedures, ensuring correct assembly, integrity, and composition of kits to guarantee quality of material usage; Participate in item counts during inventories; Conduct weekly counts of materials and medications as per established standards; Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors. 2511290202181777018
