Production Assistant

* If you seek professional growth, new challenges, and recognition, join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Visually inspect aluminum tubes, plastic tubes, and finished or semi-finished tubes. * Perform general production tasks (where applicable), such as assembling boxes, issuing labels, sorting, rework, manual operations (manual lines supply tubes and tubes to the printer and enameling machine), part cleaning, packaging, and product identification. * Complete self-inspection reports and report non-conformities. * Record production output, reporting quantities and controlling OPs where applicable. * Assist in equipment operation when necessary. * Assist in cleaning production lines (machines). * Maintain cleanliness and organization at your workstation in accordance with 5S principles. * Meet production and scrap targets. * Perform other related and inherent duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Availability for flexible working hours **Additional Information** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Pharmacy benefits; * University partnership program; * Dental and ophthalmological loans; * Childcare allowance; * Maternity leave (180 days); * Wedding gift; * Baby layette; * Basic food basket; * Christmas basket; * On-site cafeteria; * Life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Transportation allowance; * Commuter bus service; * Profit-sharing program (PPR).
