Position: Occupational Therapist Our Inovar therapeutic center is currently hiring occupational therapists interested in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We seek committed, ethical, and motivated professionals who thrive in a collaborative, supportive, and evidence-based clinical environment. Responsibilities * Conduct assessments and monitor functional development in children. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tailored to each patient's specific needs. * Deliver structured interventions using play-based resources, sensory-motor activities, and evidence-based strategies. * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure alignment among clinical practice, school, and family. * Document sessions, progress notes, and intervention plans per internal protocols. * Provide guidance to families and caregivers to support continuity of strategies outside the clinical setting. * Participate in internal training, supervision, and clinical meetings to contribute to the team’s continuous improvement. Requirements * Completed undergraduate degree in Occupational Therapy. * Interest and availability to work with children with ASD. * Strong communication skills, ethical responsibility, and willingness to work collaboratively. * Prior knowledge of child development, sensory integration, and evidence-based practices is desirable.
