Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing product receipt and dispatch, ensuring organization, verification, and documentation issuance. Key Highlights: 1. Management of product receipt and dispatch 2. Product registration in the ERP system 3. Warehouse organization and support Vacancies available for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Notify the Reseller Procurement Department of any discrepancies found between the purchase order and received products so that appropriate actions can be taken; Register received products in Viveo's ERP system; Generate entry verification reports via Viveo's ERP; Print labels; Schedule deliveries with suppliers by establishing receipt time windows; Issue dispatch invoices; Issue shipping manifests; Organize and store fiscal documents, manifests, and pick lists separately by date, supplier, and carrier; Support operations in other activities as needed; Assist in area organization, 5S, and related initiatives.
