




Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst with experience in Payroll to join our team and ensure high-quality, legally compliant payroll process execution. Key Highlights: 1. Support for audits and report preparation **Human Resources Analyst (Payroll)** ----------------------------------------------------- We are looking for a Human Resources Analyst with payroll experience to join our team and ensure the execution of payroll processes with quality, legal compliance, and organization. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Process monthly payroll, including profit-sharing bonuses (PLR), vacation payments, 13th salary, terminations, and statutory charges; * Manage electronic time tracking, including verification of working hours, overtime, time banks, and shift schedules; * Ensure accurate submission of information to eSocial, FGTS, INSS, provisions, and other legal obligations; * Perform event verification, calculations, and payroll closing in the TOTVS Datasul system; * Assist employees with inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions; * Procure, manage, and maintain employee benefits (transportation vouchers, meal/food vouchers, pharmacy benefits, etc.); * Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT) and current Collective Bargaining Agreements (CCT); * Prepare and maintain controls, reports, and KPIs for the Personnel Administration/Payroll area. ### **Requirements and Behavioral Competencies** * Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Proven experience in payroll processing, terminations, and benefits administration; * Familiarity with the TOTVS Datasul system is considered a plus; * In-depth knowledge of labor legislation (CLT), statutory charges, and eSocial; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility; * Analytical mindset, ethical conduct, and commitment to deadlines; * Strong communication skills, professional confidentiality, and interpersonal relationship abilities.
