Job Summary: The Alicerce Educação is seeking an Educator to conduct in-person professional training classes in Entrepreneurial Manicure, creating a welcoming learning environment and encouraging student engagement. Hourly rates vary depending on profile. * **Main Responsibilities** \- Conduct in-person professional training classes aligned with the Alicerce Educação methodology; \- Create a welcoming, respectful, and motivating learning environment; \- Encourage student participation, attendance, and engagement; \- Document classes through captivating photos and videos, capturing moments of learning, interaction, and transformation, to support project communication and promotion; \- Maintain close, collaborative communication with the pedagogical and coordination teams. * **We seek individuals who have** \- A genuine interest in education and social impact; \- Strong communication skills, accessible teaching methods, and organizational ability; \- Responsibility and commitment to students’ development; \- Availability for in-person participation in the project. * **Location:** \- R.
