We are looking for an **Automated Test Analyst** to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure the Scrum framework is properly understood and applied. * Act as a facilitator of the Scrum process. * Promote agile culture and continuous improvement within the organization. * Facilitate Scrum events: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective. * Remove impediments hindering team progress. * Protect the team from external interruptions during the Sprint. * Support the Product Owner in backlog management and stakeholder communication. * Promote team collaboration and self-organization. * Encourage continuous improvement through metrics and retrospectives. **Requirements:** * Strong communication skills and proactivity * Proactively remove impediments—not only when requested * Ability to facilitate cooperation among all roles and functions in the agile model * Ability to assist the team upon request in resolving questions or issues * Experience implementing practices aimed at continuous improvement and team engagement in agile practices * Adaptive leadership and ability to facilitate consensus in complex technical discussions * Ability to adapt to diverse contexts and teams * Continuous learning mindset and curiosity to explore new technologies and work methodologies * Emotional intelligence for conflict management * Assertive communication at all levels * Ability to motivate and engage the team * Impartiality in decision-making * Coaching and mentoring skills (to support the team and the PO in achieving agile maturity) At Capgemini, you can be who you are.
