So come get “aluminized” with us! **\#VemserCBA** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Promote productivity improvement in the execution of maintenance activities; * Serve as a reference for SSMA tool practices; * Ensure team development processes; * Be responsible for driving and implementing necessary improvements to reduce costs, increase productivity, improve quality, and extend the service life of area assets; * Apply technical maintenance knowledge to develop and enhance your work team; * Manage maintenance processes; * Manage maintenance KPIs; * Participate in maintenance planning meetings; * Control the workflow of service orders within your area of responsibility, ensuring discipline in executing the maintenance plan and respective follow\-ups; * Monitor performance indicators for your area of responsibility (MTTR, MTBF, and Availability); * Ensure team training; * Lead personnel movement processes, including recruitment, promotion, transfers, etc.; * Ensure equipment and facility availability through execution of scheduled maintenance activities; * Participate in failure analyses within your area of responsibility; * Ensure team adherence to the GRD methodology. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent fields; * SAP knowledge. **PREFERRED:** * Experience in the Maintenance field. **Additional Information** At CBA, our focus on people is real—therefore, we care about supporting our employees at every stage!
